Westbourne Park Road · London W11
A garden flat on Notting Hill’s
most famous street.
Rated 4.84 on Airbnb81 guest reviewsPersonally managed
The Notting Hill flat
One flat. One street you’ve
seen at the movies.
The flat sits on one of Notting Hill’s most photographed streets, among the colourful Victorian terraces — and almost directly opposite the famous blue door from the film. Portobello Road and its market, cafés and boutiques are a two-minute stroll.
Inside, it was refreshed and redecorated for 2026. Two calm bedrooms each have a king-size bed with plush mattresses and Egyptian cotton linen; one has a proper desk, so it works as well for work trips as for weekends. The bright living room has comfortable sofas and a new 50-inch smart TV.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped — induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine — with a handy dining bar in the hallway. On warmer days, breakfast moves outside to the private courtyard.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and Faith In Nature toiletries, and the whole flat is yours for the duration of your stay — self check-in with a smart lock, no key handovers.

The Street
Yes — that blue door is across the street.
The flat sits on Westbourne Park Road, the street made famous by the film Notting Hill — the blue door itself is at number 280, effectively opposite. Most mornings you’ll see someone having their photo taken in front of it.
Turn the corner and you’re on Portobello Road: the antiques market, the food stalls, the record shops and the pastel terraces. This is not a flat near Notting Hill. This is Notting Hill.

The Area
Everything Notting Hill,
on your doorstep
Portobello Road
The market is at the end of the street — antiques and vintage on Saturdays, food stalls and fresh produce through the week, with cafés, bars and boutiques in between.
Parks & palaces
Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace are a short walk or one stop away; Holland Park and its peacocks are the local secret.
Getting around
Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park tubes are both about five minutes on foot, with a bus stop right outside — the West End in 15–20 minutes.

This is by far one of the best flats we have stayed in. The location is excellent – very central to Notting Hill, with Portobello Road being literally a few steps away (but with bedrooms at the back so these are lovely and quiet). It is well decorated, furnished and very well fitted out. Details like towels, soaps etc are all of high quality.

Had a wonderful stay at Philippa’s apartment! Gorgeous home, cool but cozy and beautiful designed. Was really clean too. The location is amazing, everything you need on the doorstep - cafes and places to eat on Portobello Road. I’d have stayed longer if I could and I will definitely be back when I’m next in London

Wonderful garden apartment in Notting Hill. Thoughtfully decorated to provide a relaxing and uncluttered environment. Spotless and well maintained. We fully enjoyed access to the private outdoor patio space, with its dining table and chairs, for a relaxing start and end to each day.
